We are living in the 21^st century which is called as the era of Science and Technology. In this modern world the value system has totally vanished. Virtues like honesty, integrity, nationalism, contentment, sacrifice, simplicity and humility have deteriorated. There is lack of faith in God. Money is the new God. Women are competing with men in all spheres of life. I want you to compete with men even more vigorously but would exhort you to do so using honest means.

The motto of Manjara Charitable Trust is “Gnyan, Charitrya, Deshprem Sanwardhanasathi Shikshan”. The Trust has been pursuing to educate every girl in a way that she may be able to face the challenges of life by giving them opportunity and environment that is positive inspiring, challenging and motivating.

The purpose of Smt. Sushiladevi Deshmukh Mahila Mahavidyalaya is to empower you in the right way through education. Think positive, work hard and prepare yourself for a better tomorrow. While you are here, try to seek deep knowledge that can not only prepare you to earn an honest living but also contribute your bit towards making this world a better place to live in.

The college welcomes all the newly admitted students. All the faculty members, administrative staff and members of the College are good. Our college places great value on the dynamic relationship that should exist between Teachers and students. Our course is taught by qualified faculty members. In my college, 80% of Faculty members are Ph.D. holders and out of which 83.33% are Research Supervisors, recognized by Parent University and other universities.

 In addition to preparing yourself for university examinations, take part in extra-curricular activities for your better personality. Play some games also so that you have a healthy body and therein a healthy mind. When you leave this college after completing your course of study, you should bear the unique stamp of Smt.
